Two years later, a new album was released: Tiare'ura. It was a real success for the group, which was eagerly awaited and sold hundreds of albums in a few days. Toa'ura then embarked on long tours for 2 years: two in New Zealand in November 2007 and two in Hawaii in December 2007, without forgetting all the concerts in Tahiti and in the islands.
The third album was released on May 02, 2008: E ra'e te henua. The album takes up the sounds of the first two releases, with, according to the artists themselves, "a sound that has matured". This year is also the year of the release of the DVD Music & Haka.
Toa'ura means "Red Warrior", and refers to the Arioi of ancient times, the King's warriors.
Composed of 5 musicians, Toa'ura is above all a group with a strong personality, which brings together local and international music lovers. The motivation is great and the sources of inspiration multiple, and gives birth to a sound which wants to be expressive, gathering the traditional and modern melodies within the same show to share the love of the Polynesian music and the frenzy of the dance. However, Toa'ura is not a local music group as it is heard in Polynesia, and insists on its difference: all songs are original.
