Montagne Magique

The Magic Mountain trail is a short 3.3 km round trip which rises to a height of 180 meters. It starts at Papetoai, opposite Tipaniers Iti and next to the Fare Tutava shop which specialises in local products - jams. fruit juices, vanilla etc. Access to the trail costs 200 XPF which you pay at a small hut next to the shop. It is an easy hike over a paved trail and is very well signposted. You can also take the trail on a quad or ATV.
