Pineapple Trail

The pineapple trail is a well-known route on the island of Moorea. Not a paved road, but easily accessible in an ATV, a quad, by bike or on foot. The route links the island's two main bays: Cook and Opunohu. You'll pass a few houses, but as its name suggests, the pineapple trail crosse a plantation which grows pineapples destined for the Rotui fruit juice factory at the foot of Mount Rotui and for sale in the island's shops and supermarkets.
