Set 20 meters above sea level on the mountain side, the villa overlooks tropical vegetation and the lagoon, creating a setting conducive to escape. Travelers will appreciate the villa's calm atmosphere and lush green surroundings, as well as its proximity to beaches, restaurants and shops.
Spread over two levels, the villa combines comfort and simplicity:
- Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with sea view is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), with an en-suite shower room including shower, washbasin and toilet.
- The first floor features a living room opening onto the terrace, and a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. A second air-conditioned living room lets you relax, read or play board games. A second shower room is also available.
Outside, the covered terrace offers a relaxation area with a dining area and two deckchairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the panorama. The unheated private swimming pool, nestled in the garden, completes this enchanting setting.
Villa Hoe is set in a small, private residence of three villas, fully fenced and secured. Access to the property is via a shared electric gate, leading to a private parking space. A staircase leads to your villa and its garden with swimming pool, reserved exclusively for your use.
