Spacious seaside villa located on Moorea's north coast, in the heart of the village of Maharepa. Considered the island's most dynamic village, Maharepa is home to numerous restaurants, stores, a bank, a medical center, a supermarket and a post office. All within walking distance of the villa.
Nestled at the end of a small lane off the main road, the property enjoys a quiet, peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle. Villa Meheana comprises 4 modules inspired by Polynesian architecture, with pandanus roofs and wide wooden terraces.
The villa is surrounded by a vast tree-lined garden, offering plenty of shady areas ideal for sunny days.
The garden overlooks a white sand beach and shallow lagoon. Travelers can swim or kayak right in front of the property.
A small channel in the lagoon also allows the passage of boats up to 25 feet.
The central room of the villa houses the common areas: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a TV room. This space opens onto a vast covered terrace, landscaped and facing the lagoon.
On the right (facing the sea), the second module includes a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, as well as an additional bedroom equipped with bunk beds with two double mattresses, perfect for 4 children, teenagers or adults.
On the left of the property, the third module also overlooks the lagoon and includes a bedroom with king-size bed, a full bathroom and a mezzanine with double bed.
To the rear, the fourth module houses a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom is air-conditioned.
Guests also have access to a laundry room with washing machine. Clotheslines are installed in the garden and along the modules for easy drying.
