Villa Tiarenui is located in the commune of Maharepa, northeast of the island of Moorea in French Polynesia.
Set in a quiet, privileged private seaside residence, this villa is ideally located just 2-3 minutes by car from the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus International Golf Course, the Maharepa shopping center and the 4-star Moorea Manava Resort & Spa hotel.
Nestled at the far end of the residence, on a vast plot of over 5,000 m², Villa Tiarenui boasts total privacy, out of sight and away from neighboring houses. An electric gate ensures security and peace of mind.
At the front of the property, a turquoise lagoon extends to a pass opening onto the ocean. The golf lake canal runs along the right-hand side of the property.
Built in 2018 in a contemporary style, the villa is arranged over two levels.
First floor:
- A first bedroom with double bed,
- A second bedroom with twin beds,
- A shared bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
- A third, very spacious bedroom with double bed and adapted bathroom (large walk-in shower, wall bars, special armchair).
There's also :
- A living room with a connected TV,
- A fully-equipped modern kitchen (hob, hood, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine),
- A dining room opening onto a very large terrace overlooking the garden and beach,
- Guest WC.
The terrace has electric blinds so you can enjoy all your meals in the shade while admiring the sea.
Upstairs, accessible by staircase, is the fourth bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed, cot and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC). This room and two others on the first floor enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and lagoon.
Each room is air-conditioned and has its own TV.
Villa Tiarenui can accommodate up to 8 adults and 3 children (maximum 11 people). Rates are based on 8 people, and additional charges apply beyond that.
For added security, a safe is available in the cellar. The house is also equipped with electric roller shutters on all openings.

- Appropriate footwear is recommended for swimming in the lagoon.
- No reliable public transport on the island. Renting a vehicle is therefore essential (we can help you arrange this).
- Electricity charges apply for stays of 7 nights or more.
