In many of the islands, roulottes are the only restaurants.The atmosphere is friendly and very local and some of the roulottes are even right by the sea, with tables and chairs in the sand on the beach. A chance to savor the food that Polynesians like to eat – simple cooking with local produce and freshly caught fish supplied by local fishermen.
