Guided tour of our distillery in Papara.
Programme:
- 2 hour visit
- Visit of our sugar cane fields, history of the site where we are located ‘ATIMAONO’.
- Visit of the distillery, how we go from the cane to the bottle, but also how we distil and the whole process of making rum.
- Two short workshops: one on cutting the cane, how we peel and cut the cane, followed by a second workshop where we learn how to measure the degree of alcohol.
- Tasting of all our products, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
