Mahana Pae is celebrated every first Friday of the month, unless otherwise specified (as on the day after the public holiday). During the Heiva i Tahiti dance competition organized by Te Fare Tauhiti Nui in To’ata, Tahiti Tourisme will host several workshops and activities focusing on the materials used to make traditional dance costumes, accompanied by a few steps of ‘ori Tahiti. A competition will be held as part of the event. More details will be announced at a later date. For further information, call 40 50 40 30.
