At 7:30 pm, come enjoy our vanilla and dark rum foie gras, pork medallions with gingerbread crust, ravioli with shrimp from Tahiti Island’s peninsula and all our gourmet desserts. Enjoy this sumptuous holiday buffet to the sound of Tahiti Ora Band, with a show provided by award winning dance troupe Hei Tahiti. After the French traditional onion soup, you will be dazzled by magnificent fireworks at midnight.
