This 250 m² property can accommodate up to 11 people thanks to its three air-conditioned bedrooms, furnished mezzanine and spacious living areas. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, three en-suite bathrooms with showers, a large covered terrace opening onto the tropical garden, and a furnished deck offering panoramic views of the lagoon and the motus. Guests enjoy private and direct access to the lagoon, kayaks available for use, outdoor relaxation areas, a traditional fare pote’e, and an environment particularly conducive to relaxation, marine wildlife watching and water sports.
