Hura Tapairu Manihini (Hura Tapairu International): a competition for foreign groups.
For several years now, the practice of 'ori tahiti has been growing in popularity throughout the world, to the point that more and more followers of the discipline are making the trip to Polynesia, seeking to perform and/or train with the natives. With this in mind, Te Fare Tauhiti Nui - Maison de la Culture has launched a traditional dance competition adapted to small foreign groups passionate about 'ori tahiti, entitled Hura Tapairu Manihini.

In 2019, the second edition brought together the groups Universidad de Mexico, Hui Hula O Lei Aloha and Tiare Tahiti Mexico from Mexico and Japan.
